About the Role:

Sales and Marketing Manager – Coworking Place

A newly developing network of co-working offices and associated services, supported by major Czech real estate developers is looking for a strong personality to manage all sales & marketing activities: product portfolio, media&PR, brand management, pricing, sales strategy and execution.

This person will be responsible for supporting and strenthening the brand, maximizing our occupancy through sales techniques, maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, developing and promoting products and events to create a unique customer experience, developing creative local marketing strategies and planning/engaging member events.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager of a new network of coworking places, you will be an integral part of the management team and getting our sales and marketing efforts off the ground.


Job description:

Manage all sales & marketing activities: product portfolio, pricing and sales strategy
Brand management and support
Responsibility over Media&PR
Create a strategic sales & marketing plan
Develope a comprehensive marketing program to include print, web and exhibits for a new start-up company
Manage relationships with marketing and brand agencies
Conduct a detailed market analysis to identify market opportunities
Provide product placement and branding strategy input to procurement
Establish and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Creating the specifications and features of the company's website and Application and supervising the execution
Provide strategic direction for the Digital Marketing team and for developing, tracking and optimizing campaigns across all customer-facing digital channels. Including overseeing digital and print design
Plan and assist with creative growth strategies for all websites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile apps, livestreams, and display advertising campaigns
Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital platforms
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs to achieve sustainable growth
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insight


Requirements:

BA - mandatory
MA - advantage to the fields of Marketing/Business Management
Full proficiency in English and Czech (including reading and writing)
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Marketing (including Digital Marketing)
Expert-level knowledge of mass e-mail delivery and tracking, social media channels, and e-commerce.
Excellent organization and project management skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Acquaintance with the fields of offices and/or service industries – an advantage.
