Daramis is a real estate and investment company that specifies in acquisition, construction and management of residential and commercial properties. We strive to develop timeless values through realization of excellent projects with our own innovation engineering and customer-oriented approach.

Daramis was founded in the Czech Republic in 2000. We have successfully finished 25 projects with more than 3500 apartments. Moreover, 9 projects with 1500+ apartments are currently in development.

Our specialization is though not limited to development of new properties. We also focus on rental and additional services in asset and property management. Our aim is to increase property value, optimize revenue and seek investment opportunities. Daramis portfolio is supplemented by 2 commercial buildings with a total rental area of 30 400 sqm. We also operate in the hotel industry by owning a hotel in Jablonec nad Nisou.

Thanks to permanent search of new investment opportunities and first-class quality of completed projects, Daramis has left a significant mark behind and proved itself to be a trustworthy and reliable real estate partner.
