Assistant/assistant/single clerk
Daramis property development company is looking for an assistant/assistant/self-employed clerk for the property management department for the manager of this section.
This role is ideal for someone who not only likes order, clarity and structure in things, but also for someone who can react quickly, multitask with insight and has the desire to be the right hand of a manager.
It's not just about the regular administration that is the basis of the portfolio - we need someone who takes responsibility for the daily changing agenda and naturally handles communication and independent decision-making, whose strengths are time management, wit and the ability to assess priorities and independently bring things to a successful conclusion.
We pride ourselves on a non-corporate environment with long-standing team members where things move forward and change and variety are the order of the day, so you won't be bored with us and every day will be a challenge, so the ability to improvise and stay calm even in challenging situations is a must.

What does this role entail?
- Comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the manager in the management of the real estate portfolio, responsible for creating documents and reports, monitoring payables and receivables and archiving documents.
- Communication with clients, subcontractors and partners.
- Coordination of repair appointments, supervision and control over their execution, billing for services, entering invoices in the TAS system, running errands as needed.
- Cooperation on ad hoc projects according to current needs and assignments.
- Maintaining absolute order in things (digital and physical) - just being one step ahead.
What do we expect from you?
- Previous experience as an executive assistant/assistant.
- Excellent organizational skills, diligence, proactive approach and discretion.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to independently solve tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to management priorities, flexibility and consistency in performing independent tasks.
- Positive approach to administration, consistency, advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is key.
- Knowledge of the real estate environment, development or property management experience an advantage.

Administrative assistant / receptionist
A property development company that has been on the market for 25 years is looking for a receptionist to join their team. The immediate supervisor is the Office Manager.
Job description:
- ensuring the smooth running of the reception (telephones, mail, keeping order)
- assisting company management (arranging business trips, scheduling meetings)
- working with documents - securing signatures, filing, archiving
- processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including registration, management of data boxes
- work in the internal TAS system - invoicing records, communication with the accounting department
- orders for office supplies and refreshments
- introducing and serving visitors
- occasional errands (post office, notary, offices)
- organisation and preparation of meeting rooms
