We are currently looking for colleagues for the following positions:

A property development company that has been on the market for 25 years is looking for a receptionist to join their team. The immediate supervisor is the Office Manager.

Job description:

  • ensuring the smooth running of the reception (telephones, mail, keeping order)
  • assisting company management (arranging business trips, scheduling meetings)
  • working with documents - securing signatures, filing, archiving
  • processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including registration, management of data boxes
  • work in the internal TAS system - invoicing records, communication with the accounting department
  • orders for office supplies and refreshments
  • introducing and serving visitors
  • occasional errands (post office, notary, offices)
  • organisation and preparation of meeting rooms

Prerequisites for this position:

  • organizational skills, ability to recognize priorities
  • independence, orderliness, reliability 
  • user knowledge of MS Office
  • excellent knowledge of Czech is a prerequisite
  • proficiency in English for communication with management and visitors
  • pleasant demeanour and friendly attitude
  • experience in a similar position min. 1 year
