Daramis donated a 10,000 m² plot of land to the Prague 9 Municipality for the purpose of building a new school facility in the Zelené Město Heights neighbourhood. The building permit should be issued within the next few months and the first grade classes of the primary school and kindergarten classes should be opened in September 2026 at the latest. The latest, key parcel of land was approved by the HMP City Council last week with Resolution Z-12616.

"We are planning to build a smaller first-grade primary and kindergarten school. The kindergarten should have one or two classes, each for 24 children, including all necessary facilities. In the primary school we envisage four to five classes, for a maximum of 120 pupils," specifies Tomáš Portlík.

It is a two-storey L-shaped building made of prefabricated containers with the possibility of extending it by an additional floor; in the courtyard, play elements and a natural amphitheatre surrounded by greenery are planned. The façade will be a combination of grey plaster and wood panelling and slats.

Daramis thought of the other children. She also built a playground and basketball court in the neighborhood that will be open to the public. The keys were handed over by the Mayor of Prague 9, Mgr. Tomáš Portlík on Friday, November 1.
