The Sky Towers residential development in Malešice, Prague, is entering its next phase. The developers, Daramis and BDCG Development, have put flats in all four tower blocks up for sale, totalling 447 residential units.

Malešice has undergone a significant transformation in recent years and is establishing itself as a modern residential neighbourhood with high-quality local amenities, good transport links and plenty of green spaces.

„Sky Towers builds on this transformation with a housing concept that combines the benefits of living in the capital with the quieter surroundings outside the wider city centre. Demolition work on the site will be completed by the end of October, and we will then begin construction,“ says Dušan Krajča from the property developer Daramis.

Sky Towers will offer a wide range of flat layouts, from 1+kk to 4+kk, and extensive resident facilities. The project will include a private courtyard park, a fitness centre, a residents’ club, a 24-hour reception and an elegant lobby in all four buildings. The architectural design by QARTA Architektura is based on clean lines, functionality, natural light and the efficient use of space.

„Malešice is now one of the most interesting up-and-coming residential areas in Prague. It offers a quieter atmosphere than the wider city centre, whilst remaining very easily accessible. The tram line planned for 2027 will further strengthen Malešice’s links with the centre of Prague and make everyday travel easier,“ adds Martin David on behalf of BDCG Development.

Completion of the project and final inspection are scheduled for early 2030. The first residents will move into their flats in mid-2030.
