We are pleased to announce that construction has started on the L1FE House residential project, which is being built in the developing area of Prague 9 - Střížkov, within walking distance of the C metro station. Excavation works are proceeding in accordance with the planned schedule. The main contractor of the construction is Metrostav, with whom we have been cooperating for a long time on the implementation of projects with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and meeting deadlines.

The L1FE House project will offer modern housing with excellent transport accessibility and a wide range of services and amenities. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
